Rick Behrens, Managing Partner, began his career in search and recruitment with Management Recruiters/Sales Consultants. Since establishing Behrens and Company in 1995, he has provided professional search services to a variety of companies in manufacturing, consumer products and information technology.

After obtaining a Bachelors degree from Valparaiso University, he completed additional business study at DePaul University and Purdue University. Prior business experience includes manufacturing and warehouse management, sales leading to sales management.
